As the sun sets on the shortest day, join us at 5 PM on Canopy Way, Amelia Island, for a 90-minute immersive experience designed to honor the turning of the seasons. This event blends gentle Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, guiding you toward inner balance and fresh beginnings in a serene, supportive setting.

Drawing on ancient sound healing traditions and the restorative essence of yoga, this session is perfect for those seeking quiet reflection amid the holiday hustle.

• Opening Yin Yoga | Begin with a nurturing Yin Yoga sequence to ground and prepare your body. We'll move slowly through one Sun Salutation adapted in a Yin framework—holding poses longer to encourage deep release and mindful transitions—easing you into stillness and connection with the solstice energy.
• Crystal Sound Bath | Settle into the heart of the experience as seven crystal singing bowls, tuned to the chakras, envelop you in pure, resonant tones. These vibrations promote stress reduction, emotional clarity, and spiritual alignment, backed by research showing benefits like lowered cortisol and enhanced relaxation.
• Savasana Integration | Conclude with a guided Savasana for silent integration, allowing the solstice's themes of light returning to infuse your being. Set a personal intention for the new cycle ahead, such as "renewal" or "inner light."

No prior experience needed; this is a safe, trauma-informed space with modifications for all bodies. Dress comfortably, bring a mat or blanket if desired (Limited props available), and arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
