I'm Pauline Brannigan, your gentle guide at Compass Rose Yoga. I didn't come to yoga as a flexible expert—I discovered it naturally, earning my RYT 500 along the way, after years in executive sales searching for balance.

Yoga became my quiet anchor, helping me heal vertigo and a frozen shoulder while softening old patterns of tension. Inspired by Forrest Yoga, I see the mat as a supportive space where ease emerges from effort, and small shifts create lasting peace.

My deepest intention? Holding space so you leave each practice feeling supported, capable, and at peace—ready for whatever comes next.
