Hi Friend, I'm Pauline.

I don't have a "perfect Instagram yoga body." I started yoga as a part of a "fitness kick." I stayed for how it made me feel. The steadiness and strength it provided and the balance to a chaotic enterprise sales career.

Now, after years of study and teaching - especially working with people navigating stiffness, rebounding from injuries, and life's curveballs, my methodology developed.

I have chartered a way to build the strength, mobility, and energy necessary to navigate the life you deserve.
