Private & Group Sound Baths

Compass Rose Yoga offers curated sound baths with crystal sound bowls and ocean drums. Sound healing has been part of the civilizations going back 5000 years to Mesopotamia. Every culture from Tibet to the Aboringinees to Native American has used it in their healing rituals and ceremonies.

Today, science has proven the positive impact sound healing can have on sleep, stress, and well being. A sound bath is the perfect addition to group meetings, events, celebrations like girls weekends, family events, and weddings. We do small groups to larger parties. At your venue, reception space, or even on the beach.

Offered in combination with a yoga class. Mats, blankets, and bolsters available for groups up to 10-15. Larger groups can certainly be discussed and supported. Rates start at $150 for an hour.
